Southeast Interscholastic Tennis Classic & Berry Viking Conference

Join us for the 1st Annual Southeast Interscholastic Tennis Classic and Berry Viking Conference

hosted at the beautiful Rome Tennis Center at Berry College in Rome, GA.

Tournament Format:

This unique event is played with 2-person teams:  Teams play a Doubles match, then split to play their opponents in singles.   Each match is worth one point.  2+ points advance the team in the draw.  Compass draw giving each player a total of (5) singles matches & (5) Doubles matches.

Players play singles immediately after doubles.  Doubles: 8 game pro set no-ad.  Singles:  2 tiebreak sets no-ad scoring and 10 pt match tie-breaker in lieu of a third.  All matches are played to completion and compiled for UTR ratings.


  • Players must be enrolled in High School for 2018-2019 academic year
  • Your 2-person team DOES NOT have to be from the same high school
  • High School must be located within the 10 states in the Southeast U.S.:  AR, AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN
  • Matches do not count toward USTA Rankings, but will count toward UTR rating!

Awards for 1st Place thru 5th Place
