ACC VOLUNTEER APPLICATION:
As “Directors of First Impressions,” our ACC Ambassadors will be the heart of the tournament, and we appreciate those of you who will give countless hours of dedication to make the event successful! Volunteers are vital to our success.
- Precedence will be given to volunteers who can commit a maximum amount of time between April 22 – May 1, 2017 (16+ hours preferred). Shifts will include pre-event set up, tournament days and post-event breakdown and clean up. The tournament day can begin as early as 8:00am and end at 6:00pm (or later). Start and end times of shifts can vary due to weather delays and changes in match schedule, therefore, schedule flexibility is necessary.
- Volunteers must attend a mandatory orientation session [two options will be available] the week prior to the tournament
- Volunteers must be 18 years of age*
*Junior volunteers: Select opportunities will be available for 16-17 year olds. Waiver must be signed by parents or guardian. Volunteer hours may be counted toward school credit! Check with your school coordinator to confirm volunteering for this event would count for credit.
- Event information, credentials, parking passes and any additional perks will be distributed during the mandatory orientation session. Meals/snacks will be offered in volunteer tent during each shift worked.
